Gianpiero Puma

GIANPIERO PUMA born in 1984, is a Venezuelan MAKEUP ARTIST of italian origin. Since childhood he has shown interest in fashion and show, taking his first steps into this world by assisting makeup Masters in dance show’s backstages.

After his university studies in advertising graphic, he decides to get closer to his dream: to enhance women’s beauty by using his creativity.
In 2004, he moved to the cosmopolitan capital Caracas, and he graduated as an HAIR STYLIST in a famous academy. Since he wanted to improve as an artist, he attended the “ACADEMIA MAQUILLAJE PROFESSIONAL” by MASTER Luisa Marcano, getting a degree as a PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP ARTIST specialised in tv, photography, theatre, cinema and special effects.

He started his successful career as a professional makeup artist in “VENEVISION” (the most important national tv in Venezuela). He has not only been in charge with film and telenovelas’s lead actresses, reporters and TV presenters’s makeup, but also with the MISS VENEZUELA’s one.

In 2009 he moved to Italy, his talent was noticed and appreciated by women, and after working for an important multinational called LVMH group, he decided to create his own BRAND starting a business project with his husband, and giving life in 2013 to Puma Studio Makeup.

Located in Modica (province of Ragusa), Puma Studio makeup is where,makes each woman feel sophisticated thanks to his professional experience, not only for a bridal look but also for other different types of makeup . Professionality and elegance characterise the style of this versatile artist.

Gianpiero Puma doesn’t only work as a makeup artist but also as a teacher for the most important Academies and MAKEUP BRANDS. Moreover he is a course MASTER and he organises WORKSHOP to show his popular techniques. He also collaborates with several stylists, fashion magazines (Bazar Quatar), important celebrities like Maritza Bustamante, Desideria D’caro and the Hollywood star Stefania Spampinato.
